Going to renew.. >3months no update... any info anyone .? Its possible this one will be renewed when that one has filled, which may take some time given FS are (still) not providing any explanation for the lack of charges at the Land Registry.
(The LR does have a record of the second charge in favour of FS for this one, which is something I suppose.)

30/07/2021 - A warrant for possession has been scheduled for August 2021. Agents have been instructed to attend. 07/09/2021 - Receivers were appointed on 3 August 2021 and we await their initial report and strategy on disposal. Additionally, the warrant was suspended until October 2021. A further update will be provided once available. 29/10/2021 - The borrower's solicitors have made an application to suspend the warrant for possession, in consideration of which, an offer of settlement was made, which was rejected. The application is currently with a District Judge for consideration
Loan amount £312k, accrued lenders' interest c. £150k
