Hi nsiam , My Welendus experience is going well so far, and I'm glad to hear that you are now offering an IFISA account; which I have opened today. An improvement that I would very much like to see on your website, possibly on the statistics page, is the current length of the lending queue at each of the possible lending rates. Without this, selecting a rate to lend at is simply a blind suck-it-and-see experience. For example, if there is currently a large amount of capital waiting to be lent at 15%, the only way to discover this is to try to lend at that rate and wait and see how long it takes. If nothing gets lent out for several days/weeks, one is still blind as to how far to lower ones rates to get things moving. I accept that this has not been much of a problem so far, but I fear that the volume of funds available will rise considerably now that you have introduced an ISA. This could them become a major frustration on your platform. Also, on a less important note, , I feel that the 'My Analytics' and 'Manage Investments' pages could be merged to good effect. Regards Ace Hi Ace, Thank you for your feedback. Much appreciated and great to hear you opened an ISA account. We have actually been looking into how we can display the lending queue but its quite complex and changes very quickly. We will continue working on it and will aim to have something in place soon. I agree with you that we need to do some tiding up in the analytics and manage investment pages. The good news is that we already started working on it. So very soon many of the duplication will be gone for a more simplified user experience. Best, Nadeem

nsiam could you introduce an interest sweep function, preferable NOT called withdrawal to avoid previous confusions, so that small interest payments could automatically be gathered from multiple lending threads into the holding account either for withdrawal (for those looking to generate an income) or redeployment. Would it also be possible to add these swept funds or any new funds to specific existing lending pots rather than starting new ones?
Any progress on the interest sweep function yet?

Hi oldtimer, interest sweep is on our new features list so we should start working on it soon. Thanks, Nadeem

Hi nsiam. I've just joined and am sorry if this has been asked before, but how come it takes so long for a card payment to appear on my account? Would it be quicker via a bank transfer?

Not my experience. Online card payment made Saturday evening, payment confirmed as available for assignment in early hours of Sunday.

Yep, never had a debit card one go more than 24hrs since they speeded up the approvals, one before last was probably more like 24mins.

I looked at the messages on the platform. Most of payment (debit card payment - small sum)are confirmed within a few hours on a weekday.
My latest transfer was done on Sunday 17:36, and it was confirmed around an hour ago.

Think I’ve been spoiled on platforms that fund cards immediately (that will be all of them that I’ve used ). Bank & card approved at same time, have thrown in a 2nd card deposit to see if it’s quicker now the card’s approved (suspecting not but was feeling flush after a rookie abl error ).

It is much better than at the beginning - (iirc) it took 7 or 8 days for funds to arrive.

My earlier comment was based on what the platform was telling me!!
I've just made a card payment so I'll see for myself how long it takes to hit my account. Clearly I've also been spoilt by Abl which is instant.

So why does the platform say it could take up to SEVEN days? I've heard of under promise and over perform, but that's bonkers

It may depend on how funds are assigned to a particular account. If allocation is manually done this will depend on availability of staff I.e weekends and bank holidays. Try and get interest out of Lendy if nobody there to press the go button. So perhaps 7days is worse case over a 4 day bank holiday with staff holidays.
