The easiest way to fix a post where the quoting has gone wrong is to switch to BBCode mode.

All emails received 6 hours after loans went live. This is really pissing me off now. If you view the email header, each 'Received' line shows the timestamp when it passed from one server to the next. You might be able to discover where the hold up was. Cheers Archie, I took a look at the header and can't make head nor tail of it!

Seems to be a problem with virgin media.
I've asked FS to change my contact email address to another one. I'll see if that avoids the long delays.

"VirginMedia problem", two words that go together so well! I have had the same issue with VM and tried switching a couple of accounts to Outlook.com and unsurprisingly the problem went away.
