I believe the liquidators will see that there is little or nothing left on the table for investors. I suspected this when I saw the joint liquidators name, Shane Crooks!

Everyones favourite Bolton loan - Principal loan £5.19m, Amount recovered (before costs) £1.4m
I'm glad I'm only in 12% tranche, might get something back, I don't expect much though. At least now after this report it started to look like there will be the end of this saga in a foreseen future, we just don't know when. I’m in the same boat, not received a penny. Just read latest report on companies house, as BDO website updates have not been updated with latest. What is the best way to chase payments?

havent had any payment for many months. I think the last one was early this year or last year? As far as I'm aware, there has been only one distribution, and it was on 28/04/2023. If anyone else has had anything more recently, I'm jealous.

Yes just one so far. As I posted here I am not expecting BDO to release another 'interim' payment I'm expecting that they will issue one further final payment.
