Can anyone remember if the Chesterfield loan had drawn down? I have quite a lot in this one. Did you receive your cashback amount? If I recall correctly, CB is paid on drawdown. Ergo, no CB = no drawdown. (Wonder how the borrower is feeling right now?) No CB. Ho hum.

I looked at mine (for sure "incognito") - it looked reasonably legit to me. I imagine a number of "P2P Towers" will have the lights burning long into this cold night.........

Well that could have been a lot worse in my opinion.
It is FCA related, not fraud and sounds like loan book is safe, not sure about cash but no doubt more information will come out.

Yes any insight into loans that have been funded but not drawn down yet? Would they consider that as part of the loan book and continue to send the funds to the borrower?

Short story: into administration as a result of not being licensed, according to the administrator, loan book to be wound down in an overly manner.
Perhaps they can shift all the bling loans across to Unbolted. ..
