Well you see guv it's like this. We are taking legal advice. That is we all sit round a table and have a good natter. Takes ages. Really looks like the borrower has dun a runner like. So we just keep the updates coming like every 3 or 4 months and no one can seriously complain . One or two mouthy ones but we are going to shut them up by introducing a new system. Fun really. Anyone who rings up to moan is going to get an automated message like. He he he. By the time they get thru to an operator they will be pi**ed off. Have a good day!

There was a case due to be heard at the High Court tomorrow which is linked to this loan and the Land in Lytham St Annes one: BL-2019-000*** fundingsecure Limited v C******* and others But this has now been removed from the listing. Further research suggests this may have already been heard (possibly today).

I have been looking into this one as I am in it and read the excellent DD in FS DD.
I have spoken to a moderator and holding back my comments (I would hate to upset anybody) but I would be very interested to hear how this one got one. From my personal research this one is looking extremely complicated to me. Why on earth FS lent any, let alone a vast sum of money to this borrower is completely beyond me. To FS I would say ask the general question (so not implying anything) - it is arguably fine to lend against assets without checking the borrower's credit score but please reassure me you are 100% sure you own the assets, that they are correctly valued and preferably realisable! Wasted enough time on checking this one so back to work now...I thank you

Update on this loan appeared 28/1/20. Promises little other than that one way or another the Administrators are trying to take things forward.
