I see we have some new T&Cs to accept (or not?) Can anyone point out what actually changed since the last set (my text compare seems to have broken!) .. a summary of changes would have been rather nicer than having to read the whole thing again.

So i have to read the whole document to see what's changed (if I can remember what was there before)?
I'd so like to not have to worry about accepting the new terms but as I can't get out of my sole remaining (suspended) loan, I guess I have no choice.

Ditto very poor form indeed for Lendy not to tell what the changes are. Somehow I suspect that whatever they are, they won’t be in our favour...

It look suspiciously like a way to cover their backs, everyone's about to agree that it's ok to change the goalposts half way through a loan, and therefore have no legal standing against people who are obviously not bothered about the people they are about to hang out to dry. Mark my words there are people about to disappear with our money. Possibly on a sailing boat thats were a lot of our money has already gone.

They could have just abbreviated it to ' We have no responsibility for anything, so if it all goes t**s up don't blame us'

A quick browse to me says these T+Cs are the same except for that instances of 'Lendy Security Holding' has been replaced by 'Saving Stream Holding Limited'.
Feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

L could have helped all of us by listing the changes. Typical of their current arrogant attitude to lenders.

I've made a support request, requesting clarification of what has changed - i wonder if it will result in one of their cut n paste non specific replies.

The changes to T&Cs are minor, semantic and have no real impact on anything.

Hi Paul64These new terms and conditions must have come as quite a surprise given that no reference was made to them in your fortnightly update sent out on Friday last week - if they were known about at that stage, I'd have thought that would be a good opportunity to tee up the fact that they were coming and explain the reasons why they are coming. In order to be customer focused and to cater for those with limited legal knowledge, many institutions accompany news terms and conditions with some information about what has changed, and why it has changed. I don't see anything like that with these new terms and conditions. As the man in charge of customer communications I'm surprised that you let these go out of the door without such information - why is that please? Could you also clarify how terms and conditions will apply to 'old' loans vs. new? For example, DFL0001 where I'm lending to LY/SS? Am I waving any rights in that regard by agreeing to these terms and conditions?

Yes I think you are absolving Ly of any liability "You agree and acknowledge that Lendy shall take on no liabilities, obligations or rights under the Loan Contract"
