This will fill quickly as do most Archover loans, however, the forward looking statements and financial projections in #6321 lose credibility when viewed in the context of those in the #4123 pitch and there is no mention today of the large deviation from the predictions made in 2016.

Well, that aside, "accountant looking to refinance borrowings for working capital looking to expand into IT, consultancy, and blah, not forgetting blah blah" flashed up a few warning lights for me. I hope I'm wrong, but I won't be taking a part of this one.

I am in the recently defaulted #6261 V********** loan, which was also a refinance of an earlier loan. This went belly up after only two months and I am now reluctant to invest in any more refinance loans on Archover. It appears they simply get waved through with minimal DD. Just kicking the can down the road.

I would have thought a lot of business lending involves refinancing, but I am waiting to see how well Archover do with recovery on the defaulted #6261 before I invest more money so I won't be investing in this new one either.
