It looks like we need a thread like this. I'd rather see this rolling down the pages, but as things go, it's not very likely.
Let it be a constant reminder to FS.
First to report is 1601749598 Re*h**l . Expected end19/02/2018

FS have very few staff and an ever increasing list of late payers and problem loans I worry that they don't have the staff to keep on top of then and I worry even more they have not got the readies to deal with the legal work etc with the defaulted loans. To their credit FC got out of property when they realised it wasn't the cash cow they thought it was (tell me about it) but FS will have millions invested in what look like very problematical loans to me e.g. Suffolk Sn*w dome, South Wales Hotel , etc etc
As of today I am stoppping investing in most FS property loans and all boats, wind turbines and hotels...

Keep posting all loans with no update over a month after repayment date. Let's try and build some pressure, let's not allow them to be negligent with our money. No action for months (years in some cases) and then even a fully recoverable loan will crystalize loses of capital.

each time one of my loans has gone overdue by a couple or three weeks with no update I ask on the chat box and an update usually appears a couple of days later.

Perhaps you have much larger sums invested, Bill . . . ? Or else maybe you don't ask that often ? I have just experienced 33 days delay getting ANY update published on 2172717302 (E**** Maria B******), only to be told the Borrower has been away travelling for 3 weeks and (obviously) still hasn't replied to any chasers . . . but hey, the lovely Evie tells me they still 'don't have any reason for any concern' with this loan ! Lovely!!

Lovely!! FS are absolutely correct - they don't have any reason for concern , because it's not their money that's at risk - it's ours

I could be wrong but don't FS get their fees on loan repayment? If you were raking fees from 200 mil loan book you may be in a mood to miss some? All you need to say is " toldya, didn't we, your capital is at risk".
