The website is quite clunky and I find it hard to find and therefore track things. The information doesn't stand out and you have to search for it
Can anyone give me tips on where to find things?
For instance it took a few clicks to find a list of transactions
I have repayment emails of a few pence, but not really any idea what for as it is a code number?
I struggle to easily see my investments, how much has been paid and outstanding
Is interest paid same time end of month?I have so many £5 investments, I am not sure I am even getting interest as it comes in pennies and then not easy to find what it realates too or the rate

Start with the portfolio page (https://unbolted.com/uk/lenders/loan-portfolio/) with links to tax, transactions and overdue updates. 2. Navigate to the transactions page then click on the loan reference (the references are linked to a loan number) 3. Your best bet is the loan portfolio page 4. Interest is paid by borrowers throughout the month, these are bullet loans, interest is not held on account (apart from those for religious reasons). The tax page updates monthly and if you want to track through the month then look at the transaction list where repayments have recently been split for capital and interest. It's not the easiest to account with but you can do it if you download your investments (csv) and the loan portfolio but it takes a lot of faffing about in excel. Also note that there can be several loans to the same borrower.
