Claims Woverhampton will be re-payed in 11 days and it's a whopper - the loan, not the Lendy promise of imminent repayment.... Will it de-clog the sm? Nah. You say that but when PBL150-152 got repaid, it unclogged the secondary market even with a lot of people on this forum saying they are planning to withdraw their funds out of Lendy ASAP. Yes, if DFL004 gets repaid a lot of money will get withdrawn, but I believe there will be a high level of investor activity afterwards.

There are another 6m (?) repaiments planned for April alone, even if the repaiment of DFL004 will be delayed. So my guess is that the SM will be unclogged for many loans if not all in the end of April. I don´t think that most investors will be withdrawing their money, some will but these scheduled repaiments should be large enough to compensate for that.

Yes given Lendy's sudden desire to talk to us and calm our doubts you would think they might have reverted to how they used to operate in the early days when they did pay interest runs on bank holidays - if only to make a statement that they are listening and trying harder to please. This is a minor problem, folks. Let it be. There’s bigger fish to fry so to speak. As long as we get paid tomorrow then what’s the problem? Let’s not bash LY for stuff that’s working ok. LY has always been good at paying us our interest due. No complaints from me on this subject to be honest. I agree with you to a point but until recently it was the norm to pay on the first of the month, what changed? This is just one more area in which Lendy is not as customer-focused as Saving Stream used to be. Other than flicking a switch, what actually needs to happen? Surely all of the calculations are automated? It feels to me as though someone at Lendy has calculated the benefit of having all that interest in their bank account for an extra day or two.

My waste collection from the council being bumped on two days by the Council because of bank holidays annoys me more than having to wait until April 3rd for a month interest..shrug

The fact remains that for the first two years or so they did the interest run on the first of the month come rain or come shine. Other platforms still do it. Despite being all lovey-dovey towards us of late they have not reinstated their previous level of customer service that was what got them in pole position in the first place. And of course they benefit by keeping investors' interest for an extra 2 days. But then as far as I know they are still signed up to sponsor this summer's Cowes Week and give themselves a great time on the water frolicking with Z list celebrities and that has to be paid for.
And last year I'm led to believe that certain big hitters got personal invitations to attend the event whereas people like me didn't. I wouldn't be surprised if I get a handwritten personal invitation this year. There's an old saying about meeting the same people on the way down that you met on the way up or something like that.

Still no interest? This is getting worrying. It normally starts dripping in about half 10. Nothing to worry about

Still no interest? This is getting worrying. Why? In itself, maybe not too concerning. But combined with the fact that stock markets are down and I'm yet to receive my £3 Halifax reward this month? Too much of a coincidence if you ask me - it could be the beginning of the end.

has anyone received an email to confirm that this month's interest has been paid? As far as I can tell, I was paid by about 11.30 am but neither myself of my wife have received the usual email confirming that this is indeed the case. Notwithstanding that I've withdrawn my £400 (should have been £1000) to set against the inevitable capital losses that I will incur / continue to experience...
