Anyone else struggling to get logged into Zopa this morning?
I can get as far as entering my login details, but then it won't get past the security question.

Just rang them, guy said Zopa are aware of it and it should be fixed 'today' (but couldn't give a time-frame).

Donno, maybe it's just me, but in the current collateral-induced fraught atmosphere, platforms with an outage could be a bit more....what's the word, communicative?

I can get in, but it is very sporadic. A lot of 504 gateway timeouts, but often works on a refresh.

Still down @ 14:00. The 502 Bad Gateway error is often a network error between servers on the internet, meaning the problem wouldn't be with your computer or internet connection. >https://www.lifewire.com/502-bad-gateway-error-explained-2622939<
But, as CB25 notes, rubbish planning from the IT department that brought us similar errors last summer.

Just be thankful that the 2018/19 prefunding window has closed!  It is annoying but these things happen. |

Why ? -FC don't have this problem and they're probably as big as Zopa -ISA season end dates are clearly known in advance 'These things happen' only if people don't bother planning for them. I emailed Zopa to say I find it unacceptable for a financial site to be inaccessible. Fat lot of good it'll do.
