Can't see a DD thread either. Correct, however there is a DDC thread ( here for those with access) of another FS loan which might be a good starting point for further research on this one (which is harder work in Scotland)
LATE EDIT: A DDC thread for this loan now exists, and confirms the strong likelihood of a connection to the Lad****k loan.

The question is how far it is from "the site plan meets with the specific requirements of the local authority" to a full planning permission. Can anyone with relevant experience comment?

5th renewal due to go live this afternoon, with following update added Until the Glasgow loan awaiting activation goes live we will not know how such loans with residual small bids below the new minimum are handled on the SM. The latest tranche (4th) of Lad****k has also applied a £250 min.
As a reminder, my post on the Lad****k Scotland thread stated "There are good grounds to believe there is a connection to the Wood**** Farm loan, and that in effect the Wood**** Farm loan has funded the directors loan into this project." (be that directly or indirectly).

WF has now appeared on the SM. It seems to be letting me purchase £25 parts regardless of which particular offering I select to purchase from. I'd assume that those parts that have only been active for a couple of days are roll-overs from the renewal and I'd expect that the desire not to penalize those already invested would extend to allowing them to sell their parts (there is one £25 part 2 days active for sale now). I'd also assume that the parts active for 11 and 14 days are new bids subject to the £250 minimum, yet they seem to be allowing break-up. More opportunities for flippers

Loan has been defaulted on the website. (Which is interesting given its the same borrower as Lady**** which is still in term)
