I have seen some up surge of activities on secondary market last night, any latest loan repayments? I haven’t seen any usual emails from Lendy though.

I think I must say thanks to Lendy, it is indeed a healthier secondary market with any repayment.

I looked at these two loans on the partial repayment page, I LIKE the voting options! Sometimes Lendy’s maximum value option isn’t what the investors want, because the time scale could be too long to bear.

And PBL168 is repaid?! Wow, that was a surprise, thought they would not be on time, it seem Lendy did a good job this time. 4m back to investors, that’s impressive. Any PBL168 investors around and confirm?

No wonder SM moved a bit, with over 5m back, the SM movement was significant to my standard, but was less than I thought it would for 5m. I looked back on the “re-paid” list, this was the largest loan repaid (and on time) since the PBL143 J** HOUSE in London (if any one still remember that one).

Credit where credit is due, good work Paul64 and Lendy Support I am pleased to see that Lendy has done some good work in this regard, finally! Seems the SM is picking up quite a bit more now, if the large funding gap is closed within next couple of weeks (maybe 14m Sunbeam) then the Lendy market place is looking healthy once again!

Looks like PBL 081 is repaid too? Well, 66%. The house has been sold. The rest? Well, that's where it's going to get fun.

The rest? Well, that's where it's going to get fun. So did the investor only got 66% capital back so far? Or is Lendy taking the hit?
