We now have two separate categories: "Non-Performing" and "Claims Underway" I'd guess if jonah is still attempting to fix the script for gathering Lendy stats for the tracker, that'll be yet more changes to incorporate. In the meantime, at time of writing, the "partially repaid" category has disappeared, and loans which have actually partially repaid are tarnished with a "Claims Underway" label on the live loans page, even when they're within the agreed repayment schedule! [Edit 1 day later: The final issue got fixed - these now correctly show "partially repaid" again]

Oh my oh my oh my! Hey! Lendy Support Paul64 Surely you can't be behind this astonishing move by Lendy to abolish the "D" word from the site? Tell us it's Liam's doing!! Even good old Uncle Des isn't listed as in default - oh wait a bit. He isn't "the borrower", is he? So it doesn't matter if I name him*. what astounding "SPIN" ..... ...... ...... pronounced ....... SPIN!

Yet again, no communication explaining the new policies!
The tin shed should be on 'claims underway' since it's going to court to CLAIM possession!

They should include a rubbish bin icon for the rubbish loans. But on a serious note, I still don't see a "suspended loans" tab for loans that are suspended. Surely this would be more useful than wasting time by changing the wording from "default loans" to "non-performing loans" which everybody knows is just meant to sound better... Perhaps they should call the suspended loans tab a "Could-do better loans".

What does "Non-Performing" and "Claims Underway" even mean?
Where is a definition of this, and what implications it has to the investors?

Good news indeed! Now they've cleared the defaults I'm happy to charge ahead and spread another £20K across their previously unappetising loans. I assume that is the response they are looking for.

This makes me laugh quite a bit, basically anything not repaid can be put in the 'claims underway' bin and therefore be suspended for years.
More ominously I wonder if other platforms with similar woes might just try the same thing.
I wonder if the FCA might get interested at some point? The intention doesn't seem wholesome to me, I don't see how you can make a claim on a non-defaulted loan.

I like what they have done personally! It has made it much easier to make a decision about what to invest in!
I for one will no longer be investing in property with grass as all the non performing loans (Apart from 2) have grass in the main picture! Simples!
