As a medical person. I'd say not good practice to vent or otherwise interfere with your spleen. It is a vital organ and any upset can lead to a whole lot of hurt and a lifetime of medication. If you feel really bad then I suggest excise FS from your portfolio and relax in a Zen garden  |
