Based on the email from Archover today, it appears that they are demonstrating the ability to take timely and decisive action, let's hope that it turns out to be effective as well.
So far so impressed.
"It's at times like this, when I'm trapped in a suspended projects crisis with a man from N****** R***, and about to die of lack of cashflow that I really wish I'd listened to what my mother told me when I was young."
Looks like we'll keep getting paid for now.... I'm a little worried about the level of loan to value of assets, and will this change. But I too am pleased and a little surprised at the reaction from Arch. Good Luck! Mick.
This is a bold & highly innovative move from Archover acting in the best interests of lenders. I wish Archover & the new team at Rail S&P a prosperous & successful future. I see no reason why a well managed company with a client the size of Network Rail cannot be sold at a profit in the future.
