Hmm, the only things that seem to be going up on my approximately £10k Bond Mason account are the amount of uninvested money, currently about 5% of the total , the number of loans on my watchlist (16, up from 13 yesterday), and 9 loans in recovery.
Should I be concerned?

Similarly mine's dropped to 94% invested in the last week, with only a couple of new loans so far this month.
Of my 96 loans, 4 are new to the watchlist this month, joining just 2 others still there suggesting most get back on track fairly quickly, although I have another 4 in recovery. These comprise 8½ and 3½% respectively of my portfolio, with a couple of months to go to the 1st anniversary of being fully invested which will be a good time to evaluate performance.
A major plus is no confirmed losses to date; however, if I liquidated my holdings now some of my original investment as well as all interest to date would be unavailable. As always time will tell, but am happy with a steady approach and remain cautiously optimistic atm.

I started my account by drip feeding and when the fees went up I initially thought about leaving Bond Mason but then decided to give it a chance as I quite liked, and still quite like the platform. I dumped a lump sum in to see how it went and the anniversary of that investment is, like yours, due very soon and that is when I will pass judgment. So far I have had one crystallised loss amounting to a princely £8.30 so it is a matter of seeing how the loans in recovery get on.

Are your net returns going up?
We don't have a single client that has realised net losses to date.
Although some loans go on to Watchlist, Default or Recovery; to date we have had 100% recovery for all property loans which have had this status.

What is the recovery like for non-property loans though as these seem to be a significant proportion of my portfolio? Only two of my 16 watch list loans are property loans.

It is good that there has been a 100% recovery to date but can you tell us how much (£ and % of Loans) has been recovered?
