This is number 25. Zoopla has it at 84K and it was only sold last October for 81k
The wonderful Hardly Br**k valuation has deemed it to be worth 125K. I hope the "redecoration" added 50% to its value (81 to 125 is a 50% increase).

Thar she blows..hurry up and fill..I want my ackers back  Excellent..money back  ..just noted that the last renewed tranche lasted 204 days..and cost the borrower £6127.03 (for £87.5K)...btw the VR is dated 3rd October 2016 |

Fair enough that HardlyB didn't have the OCt 2017 sale price point to go on but come on - that far out?

Its almost filled..I thought of nipping in with a 25er on the ISA just so I can keep tabs on it but in or out is hardly going to change my life..noticed the date of the VR late myself..but what worries me a tad is the cost of each loan term..have I read correctly that theres a tenant on board with an AST..seems there is some confidence looking at the bids in..but ive got mine back and was a bit shocked how much it was..oh well a bird in the hand..... Couldn't resist..ive nipped in for the last 25squid...just to see where this one ends up
