Hi kuflink , I've just noticed that my investment in D****H Road (DA7) which I made 24 days ago is still in a 'Reserved' status, which as I understand means I've been earning no interest for all of this time. Can you advise how much longer it is anticipated to take before being drawn down? |

The draw down time is usually indicated by the borrower advance date.
I pulled some money out of the recent reservations personally as you get zilch for being an early investor, and if you are waiting for such long draw down it seriously impacts the headline interest rate.

Just to close this thread as things have changed..
"By investing in a deal on reserve, you will accrue interest daily which will be paid as a cashback the day the deal goes live. On the same day this cashback is paid, you will begin to accrue interest as normal, which will be repaid along with capital on the day the deal closes. If you withdraw reserve funds before the deal goes live, you will lose your cashback"
"If the deal does not complete you will not receive cashback on your reserved funds."
