Theyve given the sediment a shake!
Meanwhile Ive poked around in the mud
The company over which the original debenture SPHL was granted was dissolved in Jan 21. There is no debenture over the new borrower MAT but there are debentures, and in some cases SACR, over four subsiduaries, all of which are in voluntary liquidation (guess those are the IP referenced) I assume that these rank ahead of debentures in favour of the D*****g. Oddly Ablrate charges seem to have been created and then satisfied and then recreated a month later/same day so appear on the list after the other chargeholder. Havent found any administrators yet. Im sure this is all explained somewhere in the docs on the platform but the absence of any chronology or dates in many cases dont help with the sifting.

The updates on this loan are at a Lendy level of informative with multiple references to various forms of different IP though none appear to have been appointed. Everything about this loan is largely as clear as mud There are liquidators appointed to all the SPVs at asset level. I agree that a lot is clear as mud, particularly the reason for the glacial speed of the process.

Yes, having a poked a bit on CH Ive discovered this - cant seem to find any detail of the security package on the platform

An update on this one would be good ablrate - especially since the result of the court direction seems to impact both this & #116, both of which I am heavily invested. Many thanks!

The update provided by Ablrate today is very different from that provided previously on pretty much any loan (for info feedme). It puts lenders in the real time position of actually understanding what is happening. I really hope that this standard of update (a) continues and (b) improves still further.

Whilst logged in to your Ablrate account, click on 101 or if this doesnt work, go to the "Ablrate Loan Book" thread and click on the loan. You'll be able to see the admin notes.

101 has been erased from the platform - not an existing loan. But, yes, the admin note can be reached through the loan book post and the Mouse blog report is illuminating and valuable if you hold the loan. I see that DBW represented Ablrate personally and ensured that Ablrate was correctly pronounced, it's ablrate as in stablemate. Still very much on the job. Good to see.

I suspect he had to do it personally. Lets be honest nobody else in the World thinks that is how it is spoken.

How else would you pronounce it?

How else would you pronounce it? With the silent Unst at the beginning. More important now is the question, how often do you use the word in conversation with everybody you know?

Yes, I heard that he had hired a barista by mistake, through putting the stress on the wrong syllabl.
