Just to revive this thread I note that 2364950639..3rd supplemental was funded in short order £51k loan, one investor alone put in £20k, it went quick because of the fact that its a 33% LTV against a quality finished property. Low risk but broke my rule in never investing in FS 2nd ranking loans

Perhaps there should have been some buying limits on this loan too.

Also stuck in a few, although most (not all) I am happy to hold.

A month and a half with no updates and then we get this:
I don't often copy verbatim text from the site but this has got me pretty annoyed.
We have spoken to the broker today who is dealing with our borrower and they are going to call us back once they have an update on the sale of the property.
