We are aware of the errors on the site. The developers are working on it and we have changed some of the architecture to stop concurrent trades etc. Clearly what they have done has not worked so they are back to the drawing board and are working on it now. These changes have been created to solve some complex trading on the platform. As an idea we archived a few months worth of audit logs and there were 3 million records... so as the platform grows we have to make sure that the architecture is improving. Unfortunately, on occassion, something breaks, it is the nature of the beast.
That is what has happened here and we are very sorry for the incovenience.

ablrate do you have a view on the timings of drawdown of this loan vs repayment of 40? I know there's a link to the timings of the pub sale but would the aim be to drawdown 102 and pay off £350k of 40 in the next few days or will it likely be nearer the 18th repayment date?

All of 40 has to be repaid at once - that is £500k. So they have to find another £150k to do that. (Just like we had to find another £350k. All good fun.)

ablrate , Any idea when we can expect a COVID impact update on this one please? It's due for redemption in under 6 weeks and it would be helpful to know if the borrower expects / is planning to redeem it on time or is expecting a delay.

ablrate. looks like the fcuk up fairy has been at work in the recent extension/amendment document online as it cites an extension for the same borrower to 120 which is unrelated I think. LW

ablrate , just wondering the reason why this loan has has been paused as there is no mention of this action in yesterday's update. Indeed the update states "Lenders, who wish to exit from the loan due to the extension in term, have the opportunity to place an offer to sell on the secondary market well in advance of the end of the current interest-only term..." Whilst there is a change to amortisation planned w.e.f. 18th Nov, until then why can't trading continue as the interest is up-to-date? How long is this loan intended to remain paused?
