AIUI all the Art Loans have been "sold" to a litigation consortium..and Ive held off reading the Microsculpture update cos I didn't want to give myself indigestion before I have my evening meal. But judging by your 'tone' its not good. I have £2K in it...or did but to be honest once I heard about Plod being involved in the last update..Id already assumed the worst. I wonder if the ex directors at FS have a conscience..I very much doubt it. Edit..just read the update..I hope those fu**ing directors rot in hell.

GREED has no conscience or morals.the directors of these failed platforms are clearly proving that even long after they have gone they are still rubbing their hands as each loan is confined to history.

Btw..as investors do we get to know what those loans have been sold for..and what happens to that money ?..Do we get any of it back or is that going to line someone elses pockets like all the rest

I got a separate email about 1763618002 at 2.14pm with identical message as per the Chagall one. I do think the emails are sometimes released in tranches so your news is no doubt on the way.

I'm having a bit of a senior moment here.
Have the administrators sold the debt to somebody else, or have the just employed somebody else to chase the debt?

A senior moment ?..join the club..though with £2k+ posts im surprised you appear to be in the dark about this. However the link ive enclosed is from the FSAG (online)..im sure you know about the FSAG group on Facebook. TBH I too would like a more detailed answer about what exactly "sold" means. fsag.freeforums.net/thread/84/art-associated-loans

In the event there is litigation over this asset, the lenders are now protected and will no longer be drawn into the quagmire of any conflict.

Never fear rocky1 and other Chaps and Chapesses, it is only a matter of time before someone pops round and has a cup of tea and a friendly chat with these naughty FS Directors. Just as they will have a tea and scones soiree with the Collateral and Lendy Directors too.
