Anubis is known as the god of death and is the oldest and most popular of ancient Egyptian deities.

Godanalbis, you are an ass. As if you have anyone in your life that you care for... or cares for you. For someone that bangs on about being 'a scientist' you dont half come off as being an FS religious fanatic. Religion rarerely relies on facts. So exactly the opposite of my position.
There are of course the FS Heaven's Gate group on here I suspect their final position will be the same as the original chapter.
That is proved wrong and extinct.

totally agree the FS model is proven wrong and is extinct
here is what I wrote in oct 2019
Ozboy called this better than I did - he said collapse was imminent - 100% spot on!
Pleased that Accrington has been a good result - guess they rolled it onto another lender - whatever no longer our problem! (yes I called that one wrong but don't regret not investing in it)

I have Crystal Balls old fruit, I also foretold The Great LTV Valuations ConScam years ago. And while we're at it, let's also call a VERY abrupt end to the endless "forbearance" that all the Platforms seem to offer. If a Borrower hasn't paid nowt in 90 days there's a 90% chance they never will. WHEN will the Platforms learn this lending ultra basic, it's called business. Consultations by Appointment.

I think we're seeing and are going to see large divergences in the performance of the different loans. Some will pay back capital + interest, some nothing (eg., many of those second and third charges). It's not easy to estimate an average, given the different types of collateral, LTV, frauds (!), etc.
I've noticed that most (all?) of the loans that have recovered capital and interest on FS so far were actually repaid by the borrowers.
I'm interested in seeing the performance of those that have receivers involved, but that on paper are of high quality - in particular the ones with sub-50% LTVs (thinking of the Tyrone houses, the Edinburgh flat, etc.).

UPDATE:
All investors in the loans were invited to submit offers to acquire the rights of action. There remains the one offer, which is now on improved terms, and following consultation with the committee, the Adminstrators intend to progress this offer.
Improved Terms?...anyone know what those are ?

The borrowers bankruptcy status is now listed as: "Discharged On 25 February 2020"
This surely calls for a celebration at the art gallery with cake and champagne!
Anyone fancy it next week?!?!?

I'd love to go!
Not sure if this is good news or bad news - hopefully he can't get out of paying any claims against him?

I am no legal expert, but from what I have read, it does not exonerate liability from debts resulting from fraudulent activity. What's your take on this one ?
