He needs money to survive in Spain etc - if he had borrowed against his pension then he will have an outstanding loan against a diminishing or hopefully diminished asset and that would put him in a right pickle and serve him right - will it mean it would decrease us getting our hands on it - don't see why
As somebody said looks like Daddy is bailing him out - bloke of his age needing his elderly (and highly respected) father to bail him out - pathetic...

So, in short, around / exactly 25% of what one invested might be returned . How exactly / not exactly those 25% is feasible

I really can't understand why 4 investors get 75% of the proceeds. On whose authority is this.
(I have since learned that these 4 bought the rights to litigation from the administrators being in the best interests of investors.)

If they had not bought the rights, we would have received nearer to 0% as that was the best deal found at the time for someone willing to take on the financial risk and possible consequences of losing a HC case.

"Silly me, the looted cash was there in the virgin island account all the time." I've not been following it but if he used his pension there would also be a huge tax liability !

I wrote the below in October 22 I am totally bloody disgusted as this is clearly fraud - this muppet should be looking at jail time - I hope the FBI get their hands on him as our legal system is clearly a joke. Looks to me as if he is only getting to get hit for 25% of the total he scammed plus hopefulluy legal fees - I wonder if once this order is released his terrible mental problems will miraculously improve! So he may scam us out of £3m or whatever it was and then repay 50% (with fees) - I wish my business was a profitable!
I was hoping I may get something of the 7 "different" paintings I invested in - now my cofindence is zero...
no news from fhe liqidators of course...
totally bloody pathetic!

Above is latest "news" talk about being pro-active! Surely they could have planned for this in advance?
If I remember correctly the 4 main investors get 75% of this and we get the leftovers Would be nice to know how much this will be but I expect after various expenses - not bloody much!

Gosh, its all over ? Do we get anything at all?Email update just receiced.
FSL in administration have received the proceeds of the assigned litigation. People (not certain who) have until 2nd February to object to the money being distributed to invstors.

Pathetic and biased. Even with legal confirmation, administratros try one more delay to dig up a FS creditor, who after 4 years might now want to challenge it in the courts, before they return the money to its rightful owners.
What about the other loan that they paid out and then snatched back, that must be 2 weeks going on 6 months ago ?
