Just been checking my Statement, no updates to any of my investments, ISA or Other Investments since 8th May,
"Last transaction in this period: 8th May 2018 at 22:59"
I re-invested some funds into my Isa last week and my Isa Statement isn't showing any funds in.
Come on Zopa if you can't get the basic's right you'll have no hope as a bank.
Just my thoughts and opinion.

I have exactly the same issue and have emailed today. My CSV spreadsheet does show the correct figures, it's the 'Current month to date' statement on the main statements page that we're talking about.

Does it have anything to do with the note at the top of the page ? "You may have noticed that your statement and your summary balance do not match. We are working on fixing this and hope to have a solution coming soon."

I don't think so this is a new thing, that statement is dealing with small the errors that may occur due to timing and rounding I believe. These errors will be quite bit bigger, I believe the statements reporter that creates on the fly details for the current month may have stalled or has a fault and is not running, I'm guessing Zopa is still in head scratching mode as its been a few days now. My statements csv output is up to date as of May 14 13:39 I downloaded it @ 14:30 but my statement report online still says 9th as in many others. A quick check of my current ISA statement csv for May is out by >£15 and will be increasingly out on a daily basis until it the reporter is restored. I haven't checked the invest side but I think its probably a similar case. I haven't checked if this issue affects the topline though so I could be wrong in that aspect.

My ISA one has all types up to 12/5 but I have many Disbursals and RRupfronts up to today. Not sure if I am missing interest in there but as I stated above I am short £15 or more of interest as detailed in statement csv relative to the online statement version for "current month"

Just had the following reply from Zopa
Thanks for your email.
Our statements are currently being updated and have a tendency to lag from time to time.
We've raised this as a case and our tech team should have this issue resolved soon. Lastly, to find out your balance today please review your summary page.
I hope this helps, please contact me if you have any additional queries.
Best wishes,
Demi Ariyo
We're always looking to improve!

I got the same reply. Problem is that the Summary total is usually below the total given on the Statements page (which is the correct one). Clearly there is something very wrong with their systems as it's never been over a week out of sync. I do think that a company which is touting for our money quite openly and has higher ambitions needs to sort out these basics first. A sign of too-rapid growth without the necessary technological back-up?

Finally back to normal - I've acquired another default during the week it was not updating! Yep mine is up to date now too, surprisingly still no defaults so far on either side so far this month. Still plenty of time though. Invest shows 17th but isa is showing last 10 mins or so. Isa is much more active at moment so i think its reporting statements data live.

Mine is back to normal as well.
I also phoned them to ask about how late loan repayment work. It seems a late loan borrower can pay interest only but not capital, and even paying interest only every 2 months. I also discover the some late loan repayment borrowers do not repay the capital and the interest on the same day in a month. I was trying to get clarification from Zopa.
Guess what, they had a fire drill and I had been told get a ring back.

Once again investments not updating. Mine haven't updated since the 20th. The shiny new dash board is a waste of time another page to visit before I can access my information. Time would be better spent ensuring our money is safe and the information on the site is correct.

Is this fixed for everyone I have not noticed any delays on either mine or Mrs Aju's accounts we have received payments today and to my knowledge have been all the way through July in both ISA and Invest sides.
Last ones were 20 minute ago for her. My Invest ran this morning @ 8:04 but my ISA was a similar 20 minutes ago.
Perhaps there are multiple feeds running and some of them have stalled.
