Am I missing something...
All this time I had assumed my cash balance was notional as it included my "Total Interest Paid and Accrued". The number showing under Total Interest Paid and Accrued is higher than what I can see as interest actually paid in the transactions list. Equally my tax statement shows a lower interest figure paid, closer to my interest paid figure from the transcation list. So I had assumed I would not be able to withdraw all of the cash balance as it seemed to include accrued interest. Except I have been able to make a withdrawal for the full balance. What am i missing?

What am i missing? Cash balance is just that - cash you can invest (or withdraw). Accrued interest is included in the 'Total Portfolio Value' figure on the dashboard. So that includes a notional 'fair wind' element

What am i missing? "Investment Balance" includes accrued interest. Interest isn't paid until loan end whereupon it goes into cash balance.

I am still missing something... For me:
"Total Portfolio Value" = Cash Balance + Investment Balance
And
"Total Portfolio Value" = Money I put in to UB + Total Interest Paid and Accrued
My investment Balance is the sum of all my loans i.e "Total Investment Stake" and not the sum of all my loans plus accrued interest?

Your first 2 points are true but y our investment balance is the sum of all your loans including accrued interest. The money loaned in there may have come direct from your deposits or the loans could have been funded by repayments / interest payments from previous loans.Your cash balance is comprised of any money deposited but not yet loaned + principal & interest repaid from previous loans that is waiting to be loaned again. That's how I understand it anyway. I think it could all be presented more clearly though.

In the csv download file, are you saying the column 'Total Investment Stake' includes accrued interest? Because that sums to my investment balance.

From my perspective what is missing is what FS call "Total funds" that is the total cash invested + interest/other income paid. At present, I calculate this from the total cash invested plus sum of all interest paid from the tax summary page. ashwinp rito - any chance of including the "Interest Paid" on the home page (there's a spare row for it). Alternatively, replace the "Total Interest Paid and Accrued" with "Interest Paid" and "Interest Accrued"?

I has assumed this was capital outstanding. Once again, thank you.
