Hey Mintos, Your deposit processing times for me personally has become progressively worse since you have switched to LHV. It is not OK to take more than 24 h to credit my deposits, your slowness is literally costing me money.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but unless you are using the same bank as Mintos (LHV in this case) or you pay your bank extra fees for a priority transfer, Mintos just simply won't receive the money on the same day?

I use the same bank. When Mintos was using Paysera the money was credited the same day usually.

Transferwise will use the same LHV bank and SEPA payments network internally.

It takes almost two days for the money to reach my Mintos account when transfer is done via SEPA:( Transfer rates got way worse, when Mintos selected to use LHV bank:(

I use Revolut. Transfers in £ or € usually arrive at Mintos account the same day. Will be following day when transfer is initiated late in the day.
Currency exchange is fee free and conducted at interbank exchange rates.
Was really useful on holiday in Majorca a couple of weeks back. Could pay restaurant bills, car hire etc in euros without fees and also withdraw up to €200 from cash machines per month fee free (not fee free at weekends).
It also handles many crypto currencies, but I haven't dabbled with them.
It did cost me £5 for the physical card, but when combined with the app to load it with cash from a bank account instantly, and convert between currencies at will, I couldn't recommend it highly enough.

The issue is not how you send the money to Mintos, it can be by means of SEPA transfer, Revolut, or postal pigeons for all I care. The issue is that once the money is already credited to Mintos LHV bank account it still takes them more than 24 hours to process that deposit and credit the money to my Mintos account.

That's not the case for my deposits kissmyjazz. I initiated a transfer of €100 from Revolut to Mintos at 00:32 this morning. I received an email from Revolut at 07:06 to say that the transfer had been executed. I received an email from Mintos at 07:21 to say that the deposit had been processed. So, Mintos only took 15 minutes to process my deposit. When I checked my Mintos account at about 08:00 €80 of that money had already been leant out by the auto lend facility.

Well, the question than is - do you really know when Mintos actually see the money in their accounts? Maybe its something to do with LHV? Maybe there is a delay between LHV in different countries?

I have myself bank account in LHV. LHV to LHV transfer is instantaneous. It does not go through SEPA, there are no delays. When I transfer my money through Transferwise which also frequently uses LHV and I get the notification from Transferwise that the transfer is done, I can immediately see my money in my LHV account if the transfer went out from the LHV account. Sometimes Transferwise uses some German bank, then there is normal SEPA delay (2-3 h) between their message and actually seeing my money.
