I bought 10k last night at 99 and now I see 10K back again this morning at 99. The best offer on the other pub with same the borrower is 100.5 Must be keen to sell. Thanks for the tip, I just hoovered up £3K's worth

So The valuation of the first property was £350k turned out only to actually br worth £60k !! and not content with that the second property valuation of £450k turned out to be only worth £70k. It turns out, you leant £800k against two properties worth £130k combined.. Well done ablrate I wonder who it was that snapped up those bargain properties???

Weirdly the borrowing company isn't in currently insolvency, unlike all all the corporate & personal guarantors
