A 'no' from me, as the level of profitability for a professional services firm is very low, it wouldn't take much to be loss making at those low margins. I don't like the structure either, how much of the overall profit is stashed in the limited company that maybe should be in the partnership? Too much scope for management charges to impact the figures

Go and have a look at the A***** P* L** accounts, lots of related parties, lots of charges between them, looks too complicated for me
