ton27 - okay, I see where you're coming from and perhaps there's a marginal benefit somewhere in there, but the flip side is those funds are no longer lent out earning fee income and pushing up the cost of funding elsewhere, so if it doesn't all balance out I would have thought the net effects would have been pretty small. Certainly nothing consciously planned and indeed we have plans to improve our processes to take out some of the manual delays where possible. However customer services may be able to give a more complete answer as these are just my musings and not technical in nature.

I raised issues about the total amount in my MLA account with the Live Chat on May 10, I have had to chase for this three times and it still is not resolved. If the total amount in my MLA account is not accurate how can a accurate tax statement be produced. The live chat did not raise this issue with It until 25 may, Here I am on June 12 still not sorted. Being polite is not working , any suggestions ?

I first noticed some months ago that the amount displayed for my MLA on the first summary page did not agree with the amount shown for the same account under the report section for total investment. The difference was minimal and I've always regarded it as a display or timing issue, so not a matter of particular concern. I did ask AC at one point whether the figures should be the same but didn't get an answer. However, as it wasn't my prime concern at the time, I didn't pursue the point. I now see that the tens, units and pence figures on the two displays are identical, suggesting to me that the figures should be the same, but the hundreds and thousands are dramatically different. The lower figure, lower by some 30%, seems to be the correct one so I'm not alarmed, intrigued though!

I still cannot update on the progress of the resolving the total in standard accounts not being accurate. I think these totals might effect the current 0.5% promotion in some peoples account.

I queried my figures on 20 June, no definitive answer as yet. I'm about £1600 up in my MLA in the reports section - perhaps it's yours!

My snapshot total at 11.59 pm on 1st July is still out by £500 ish. Proven by the fact that I deposited and invested some funds on 6/7/18 and the amount eligible for 0.5% bonus is also out by £500ish. Have emailed assetz but there is definitely a gremlin or two still in the system.

I an trying list a loan with a discount of -1% . When I get to authorise the sale it changes to purchase of loan. When I try to go on livechat it will not let me put my name in !!!
