My snapshot total at 11.59 pm on 1st July is still out by £500 ish. Proven by the fact that I deposited and invested some funds on 6/7/18 and the amount eligible for 0.5% bonus is also out by £500ish. Have emailed assetz but there is definitely a gremlin or two still in the system. I understood from AC that they were hoping to fix this over the weekend but still wrong for me.

I'm also finding I'm currently unable to successfully submit any loans for sale at 1+% discount (fails at final pop-up), submitting at par works fine. chris ? I'm informed it should be fixed now if you'd like to give it a go. I have tried to list 4 loans at a discount and I am still unable to do so

They'll be able to walk through the process with you and liaise with IT as appropriate should further information or a fix be required.

Not possible to sell with a discount here either. Interestingly, the prompt on the final “are you sure?” says “Invest up to £100 in” rather than the normal 0% discount “Sell up to £100” message. Is *any* of this stuff tested? Yes, I contacted online support, they took details and promised to email me. No, I don’t expect them to email me but I expect they’ll *probably* fix it at some point. Hi Paul, that is exactly the same as me, I have just received an email saying that somebody else has reported this issue, and also I am told I will receive an update on 16th July. Because it is an issue to more than one person they are more lightly to fix it.

Sigh. Currently when attempting to sell with a discount, the final dialog contains the correct “Sell £100 with a 1% discount” but the pressing the “Confirm Sale” button causes the message to change to the “Invest up to £100 with a 1% or greater discount” message and pressing the “Confirm Sale” has no further effect. Classic agile “incremental fixes, tested on production” development. Hopefully they’ll fix a little bit more tomorrow. I still cannot sell loans at a discount. So there must have not been a fix applied today !

I have had sale of loans that were listed yesterday afternoon with a discount so it seems a IT fix has been applied as is working.

I got my email from live chat person today on the day I was told I would be updated. The email said "I have had a reply from the IT team and this issue should now be fixed. "

Login Ok for me but my Standard MLA balance wrong again. Only been fixed for one week !! If this happened on thincats we used too clean cookies.

Thanks. I did that and the login is now working properly again. As you infer it may be something to do with the introduction of the new 2 stage business.
