Well, as part of my overall strategy to get out of the P2P sector I sold my loans on AC and got all my money back. Such a great experience compared to FC.

As someone who got, mostly, out of long-term FC and into Assetz over a year ago, you confirm my decision. The difference is that I will stay in p2p with Assetz, mainly. The sector is not going to fail, but it is having a major squeeze and shakeout, with the kindly assistance of the regulator. The trick is to pick the survivors, but to some extent that is in the hands of the forum members - both with their cash and commentary. At least Assetz understand that, as evidenced by their statements and contributions, while FC are just arrogant and undeserving of support. Great experiences are worth repeating, and if we support what appear to be the best platforms, then we support ourselves and our financial returns. Lenders are not helpless.

I am genuinely pleased that you are having such a positive experience with AC, however mine has been much more negative, in 2016 they invested 20% of my investment in one loan via GBBA1, 19k, which is still in default. In 2017 they again invested 20% via the GEA account 7k of which 6k is still outstanding together with 11 other loans in default (for me not such a good experience). I am sure that AC have improved from those early days but for me one of the main measures of a business is how it deals with problems.
Fortunately, I have had very positive outcomes with Proplend, Growth Street and Bridge crowd, plus early days for Crowd Property.

All platforms get some things wrong.

If you haven't been told why i would contact CS.

On numerous loans “Next Payment” column suggests payment is overdue by a big number of days. But Repayments Tab says payment has been made pretty much on time. It would appear that this query has been raised on numerous loan Q&As by lender(s) and is eliciting the response “ We can confirm that the loan repayments are up to date and are paid in a timely manner.
The incorrect date that is feeding through to the system relates to an internal matter which is currently under investigation
Whilst it might not have guaranteed that QnAs wouldn’t be raised, a response on here might have pre-empted some of the time wasted that results from lenders individually querying this on individual loans. AC do seem to miss some no-brainers at least occasionally. Not great for keeping lender confidence. "......currently under investigation.” has been AC's response for months to queries raised by lenders about incorrect 'next payment' dates. I have wasted a great deal of time over several months checking apparently late payments, only to find that payment has been correctly made. Not good enough.

They aren't as active on here as they were.

Secondary Sort feature in loan book listings seems to have stopped working (for me, at any rate). Can anyone else confirm?

Looks like the SM has frozen overnight ? Is that right ? chris - could you have a quick look and re-start if necessary ? Thanks.

I always see some overnight activity on my account , but I guess it has just been particularly inactive on this occasion. No worries
