Hi All I know I have mentioned it in a another thread but I figured it deserved a thread of its own, as it could provide an opportunity for a feedback from Robocash Basically I really like the platform but there seem to be an issue with cash drag Robocash: Is it something you are working on, can it be expected to see improvement in the short term or is your platform simply not generating enough loans to keep money moving? Thanks a lot (and really it's not meant as a basic criticism just to get some light and make a decision on future investments)

Still with cashdrag. Of the original 10k invested only 54% now are invested. I'm waiting to see, they said some new originator joined, but still cashdrag so far.

They have a whole bunch of new loan originators now. Last week I deposited €1000 (after my initial test 60€ to see how it all works). Within 24h the majority was already invested in loans and within 48h all of it. I have it set to invest up to 3€/loan. So far so good. At the moment of writing they have 6 loan originators and 6461 available loans. From what I read here on the forums, that's quite a lot more than before.

Yes, I've had virtually no cash drag on Robocash for a couple of months now. Perhaps we shouldn't shout too loud 😉.

Update 20.02.2019: Portfolio: 1069€ Overdue loans: 310.41€ (that's ~29%)
Recently a whole batch of loans became overdue on the same day amounting to ~270€. Loan originator is "Z Finance" and they all originated on 2019-01-11. It might be just unlucky as I put a large sum into Robo.cash a few days before and hence I got this batch. A strategy to maybe circumvent this, would be to slowly, over a few days/weeks increase the balance in one's portfolio by adding the funds.
How is everybody else doing?

robocashsupport What's been going on recently? Having 40% overdue is way above average.

I wrote to the Robocash support and got a pre-scripted answer saying that portfolios don't have more than 10% overdue. I asked more questions, but did not get an answer anymore. Very sad.
Update 15.03.2019: Portfolio: 1077.63€ Overdue loans: 441.16€ (that's ~41%)

Yes, I've found that they do respond, but sometimes haven't read/understood the question. I think it may be a case of 'lost in translation'.

robocashsupport What's been going on recently? Having 40% overdue is way above average. Hello boxhamster, We are sorry that you have had such experience with overdue loans. The average amount of overdue loans on our platform is usually no more than 15%. Unfortunately, on seldom occasions this number can be higher. However, all investments on our platform are secured with a full buyback guarantee, and the interest is paid to investors both for the loan period and the whole buyback period. Thank you for understanding! Best regards, Robocash Support Team

That looks high. My overdue loans are 10.5% of my portfolio.
