We now know why the Ts&Cs were updated yesterday. A new 2 year loan was issued today for £1.5m (£750k drawn down today). This takes the total existing commitments to this borrower to £3m (16.75% of total funds on the platform today). Interesting security

I'm presuming it's the one that a certain Simpson character would associate with.

yes very scary when that address appears.maybe we will soon see a fraction of our funds back from the other platform.there is no way that this can be the same borrowers. he said holding his head in his hands,

good to know. thanks for the reassurance. Keep vigiliant, the overlap of lending to a single borrower concerns me deeply. Reguardless of the higher levels of DD and good record so far, keep exposure at a good level for you. It'll help you sleep if things go **** up!

Good to see that one of the loans being serviced by the ICF has now repaid. This leaves a single ICF serviced loan which represents less than 1% of the value of the Loanbook.
