Given the absolutely pathetic May payments, does anyone know how we can file any kind of legal or formal complaint against PM?

This is what my thread is aimed at - looking to share the burden of finding all the visible issues & then make official complaints to PM (which we must do before any other option becomes available & will give them the admin burden we must suffer time and time again in checking their every word). When they flannel us off with the same old, we can escalate to the ombudsman! Surely they can't fob them off? Maybe just maybe if a dozen members make a dozen complaints each then they will realise we mean business! I for one will not be accepting a spreadsheet of excuses & promises this time - I have today told them I have no interest in a phonecall. I do feel that poor comms & apparent contempt for customers is the blight of the P2P industry. Let me be clear, I accept building up a provision fund; it is the contemptuous lack of notice & general diabolical 'luck' and comms that I despise! I would pay money to have the option never to have heard of PM BTL (does the L stand for lose)! I repeat my request to propertymoose - in the spirit of in it together, will you accept a 15% share of any losses?

I see that the FCA does not investigate individual complaints.
I think you have to contact PM first with your complaint.
Maybe this will help us get somewhere.
