Website seems to have had some changes today
Feedback
We were told to expect something to view transactions without having to wade through fathoms of shrapnel (what is the word?) but that seems not to have happened
When clicking on a Q&A tab it seems slow to load
On the loans browse pages
The dividing lines between each loan are welcome thanks
The font seems smaller (too small)
The units available now shows eg £123 or £123K or £1.23M. To my eye it's now not as easy to see at first glance if there is a lot of availability or just a little. Further, seeing as the column is already quite wide to accomodate the word "available" the abbrevated amounts don't seem to have any advantage
Having buttons which allow one to invest or sell without having reviewed the loan details seems a bit fly to me.

Baby steps! This is the first of a series of updates to the MLA rather than everything we're going to deliver.
Your wider feedback will be forwarded to our UX designer to incorporate into future plans / revisions.

In that case, could your UX designer please shift the intrusive green "Live Chat" icon to the top right corner of the screen, on the blue header bar, rather than having it sit mid-screen where it now blocks access to "Loan Notes" links? Thx.

I can't see any of my notes which I rely on every day, without clicking on the notes icon on the far right, which I don't have time to do for every single loan! Am I missing something? Is there a way of making them all appear again?
I agree with the earlier comment that the green "live chat" icon is intrusive, as it's in the middle of the screen and I have to keep scrolling to be able to get to things that are appearing underneath it.

I don't particularly mind the dropping of Accrued Interest from the Loan Book CSV download (though advance notice would have been thoughtful), but it would be nice to have LTV included.

specifically chris's entry "First of probably 3 releases to update the MLA. A marketing email will set out what's planned. There's a bug fix inbound for the issue raised, the developer is just finalising it now."

Accrued interest is still on the MLA Your Loans download. Well, I'm doing something wrong I guess, because (for example) every time I try, Units Available is now in column I where it used to be in J, and the old Accrued column isn't there. Like I said, I don't mind, but if you can still get the old format, can you walk us through the steps?

Thought I'd try the Filter parameters on the loan display, so I asked for an LTV min 60%. "BOOM -- trouble at server". After a couple of attempts, I dropped the % sign, and all was fine. Might be worth tidying up the input parser.

I agree. The combination of the font size and the pale grey coloured text makes it harder to read.
Or do I need glasses?!

Broadly in favour of the new layout, it's small but packs in lots of useful information. Some tweaks to make the font slightly larger and shift the Live Chat button as already mentioned would be great.
Have seen one glitch, loan #734 is showing a next repayment of today in the My MLA list but it isn't due until 1st July. Suspect this is because this is a brand new loan and has had no repayments to date so the database has no previous date to work with and just defaults to today.

At long last a change which has reduced the font to a sensible size! A lot less tiresome scrolling up and down the page.
I can't see a live Chat button anywhere, but I wouldn't want to use it anyway.
Don't understand the pop-up "To add a secondary sort shift+click the column" - it does nothing at all on my browser.
I'm happy thanks. I don't need the bells and whistles.
(For those who don't like the font size, most browsers have some method of changing this. On google-chrome (Linux Mint 18) I use an extension called "Shortkeys (Custom Keyboard Shortcuts)" which can be set up for this purpose, and works fine).
