I speak to management about these issues and they are oblivious to them Which is worse? Oblivious to the problem, or "aware of the problem but I believe that this has now been fixed ..." when it clearly hasn't because people are still raising the SAME problems over & again.

So what’s the problem now?
AC has had 3-4 hours today to sort this, can’t someone override the problem or whatever the IT jargon is for manually correcting a problem?
However, that would be looking after customer’s (user’s) interests which has never been a strong point of the IT departments I have worked with although I’m sure that AC’s IT people aren’t like that and are customer focused.

I think lender frustrations from paused w/end repayments to speed of crediting monies, etc, etc have been well documented for a fair while both here and in many other threads. AC are well aware of all the 'problems' felt by lenders so the ball is firmly in their court to fix them. ATM IMO they do seem to be falling behind some other platforms but it's not my business. So it's up to them to sort. How quickly these remedies are implemented we will just have to wait and see.

22 Loans Paused.
Can we have an explanation?

22 Loans Paused. Can we have an explanation? Simple reason seems to be a failure to post any interest payments so far today. That's quite unusual, and I do wonder what's going on. PS. I do realise that's not an explanation -- only AC could provide that.

If the payment received actually was short, then it's the borrower that's caused the problem rather than AC or AC's systems -- unless, of course, AC have input the wrong payment expectation into their system. I do note, however, that January's payment also was short by £3.23 and that had to be posted separately. For where I sit, it looks like the borrower thinks their payments are for a different amount than AC think they owe, and one of those parties needs to update their number to match the other. In the meantime, AC ought to raid their petty cash box for the £3.27 needed to bring this loan up to date so that the late payment flag can be removed and Aftermarket activity can resume.

AC are well aware of all the 'problems' felt by lenders ... I thought so too -- until I read a couple of comments made by AC's CEO over the weekend. Now I'm thinking that those within AC who are aware of the issues haven't managed to raise the profile of those issues high enough with those who are in a position to allocate the resources needed to provide solutions. It's beginning to look like yet another case where those on the bridge think everything is going swimmingly while those in the engine room know it isn't. I really wouldn't have expected that from an organisation as small as AC. Perhaps there are too many irons in the fire at the moment. (With apologies for the mixed metaphors!)

126 and 45 go to Live again.
New loan 156 live.
AC really must do better to keep people in the loop.
Employ a contractor to integrate a proper messaging system to the platform ASAP, or confidence will evaporate.

OK, we have shifted the boundary on the system to report a late payment at 3 days and not next day. This should stop the "weekend" problem we are having.

A So why is #150 still paused (first payment was due Fri 27th)? Why did #140 only make Fridays payment today? is this a problem with the borrower or another internal error?

Mmmm! #150 first payment bank cockup? #140 fifth payment AC cockup? (Interest was retained by AC at the start so couldn't be late payment?)

All the delayed payment loans that have now paid have payment dated today. Admin purposes? Notice that as result of new leeway #83 that was due 28th & suspended is now unsuspended but hasnt paid. Have to see what happens tomorrow

Oops, confused myself, , should be #63. Seems quite random, out of 8 loans I had due between 27-28th, 2 paid 2/3, 4 paid 3/3, 1 is late & still suspended #150, & 1 is late & not suspended #63

#63 could be just an administrative delay following alteration of the term and change of monthly payment. Boiler man has been OK up till now.
