FS were entitled to £103,553.75, comprising of administration fees and default interest, representing 15.44% on settlement So 50% better than 100% ? FS were not entitled to £103,553.75. That's just what CG&Co are saying.

"quote" from update (Don't blame the messenger because the message is unpleasant.) kielbasa i don`t think FS should have 5% + default fee for administration of default loan collection as this has already been covered / paid for to CG&Co ( paying twice unfair T&C lining own pockets FS) waiting for court case to resolve?

said it was a problematic site- FS should never have lent so much against it . However looks as if FS sold this one at the right time as I really can't see it getting much now - well that must be a first!

FS fee was 15% so the 68.5% capital payout may improve although the sentiment suggests the court ruling won't make any difference to investor returns, not been following it closely.
I tended to put £200 in every loan that the gut said was okay but if I'd known this site was on a hill like that, I wouldn't have bothered. I use google maps now for local location information
