What do others think about this month's edition?
I actually think it is a step in the right direction with the first section devoted to late loans and recoveries etc - much better than just trumpeting their new loan turnover. Assigning staff to that and also highlighting where the month by month stats are is also positive.
The downside of course is that the numbers are going slowly downhill and it will be interesting to watch that stats page going forward as their renewed focus takes effect. Since it only seems to show the headline numbers over the last three months, maybe we should track it here? Does anyone have a record going back 12 months or more already I wonder?

Looks similar to the individual loan updates that we have been seen for months with a couple of graphs, promises of more resource, and lots of expecting.
Fingers crossed that this heralds new resolve.

I wondered who's finger would respond first..and yes (well there's always one fool to go out on a limb) I agree it is a step in the right direction and heaven help us, not before time. However, I realise everyone has to start somewhere but will these new staff be clued up on how to deal with the multitude of lame excuses and not just accept it..or be instructed to raise a red flag so that more 'experienced' personnel can oversee each case as it arises ? As each loan is 6 months, surely a system could be introduced (I cant believe there is one already ) whereby the newbies can cut their teeth making preparatory enquiries BEFORE each loan reaches maturity so that back office or the suits can appraise impending problems before they get out of hand. ?

An improvement over previous newsletter and helpful to acknowledge the lates and recoveries but still in denial about the growing list of defaults. It may be dawning on FS that the loans from their rapid growth period particularly 2017 are now coming home to roost and it does not look good. They wont be able to bury the performance in stats as time progresses. People are going to look elsewhere if things dont improve over the remainder of this year.

Lets hope that the additional staff (1, possibly 2 perhaps?) are of a superior calibre to the present incumbents, if not, no change there then

I don't seem to have received a newsletter...Just checked my junk and nothing there either! Check your settings...Your FS homepage > My Account > My Email preferences (in particular ensure the 3rd box is checked)..shouldn't be necessary but you could restart puter/lappy/smartfone, log in and re-check

Seems little substance and mainly spin nonsense to me. Being fixated with turnover worries me as I think FS need to urgently revamp their business model before it is too late and do what FC did i.e. exit the property market as they are way out of their depth. I had another loan complete today so straight out of my account and into R*tesetter rolling account- lovely!

I've revisited this newsletter, which was full of optimism. 7 weeks later, guess how many of the repayments due "shortly", "in June" and "within the next month" have actually materialised....
I can't identify the "Various Artworks", but of the other £9M, a total of £0 has been received that I can see. There was a flurry of updates week on most of these loans, with some fresh optimism if anyone wants any.
