Just revisited this and note that there are some fairly substantial bids and 82% funded atm...the current unidentified debt remains the fly in the ointment for me though clearly others have more confidence..im tempted to have a nibble. Any other views anyone ?

On the basis that that the project
- is not completely early stage (no pre-planning land valued as planning approved...)
- with some interests in the houses being built (apparently one is pre sold),
- but not completely late stage neither (i.e. not all build with zero interest),
I went for a bit with a view to reconsider later as I am guessing there will be several tranches coming.

Details of the borrowing company, and links to the Rightmove listings of the two part built units (one STC) are on DD Central for those with access. For those without the borrowing company can be deduced from the 2017 planning application which is referenced in the VR.

Just happened to notice that this loan repaid in full yesterday, £715k capital + £68K interest.
Wasn't in this loan, however it's also good to hear about loans that are completed successfully.

 Loans completed - received 276 days interest, it took a bit of time before the loan went "active"
