how long does it take to withdraw money from the QAA to bank? AFAIK withdrawal requests to bank accounts are processed by AC each weekday at around 12 noon (possibly a bit later, not sure the exact cut off time) and arrive in bank accounts in the early hours of the next day.
Email confirmation of the successful transfer is then received around 9-10am but Saturday transfers get confirmed on the next weekday.

Have you tried asking AC, either via email or livechat?

Seems to be taking longer than that for me at the moment. Withdrawal request made (from cash account) on Thursday at 11:13am. Nothing yet as of Monday afternoon. Not worried particularly, but certainly not next working day.

A quick glance at the withdrawal form states..........
Please be advised that typically withdrawal requests may take up to 2 working days to be processed (excluding the day of submission), but may take longer if information is missing or incorrect. All withdrawal requests are subject to our usual fraud checks. Assetz Capital cannot influence the time it takes the recipient bank to display the funds as cleared in your account after transmission.

My recent withdrawal took 48hrs. Previous withdrawals took no more than 24hrs. Will be interested to see if my next withdrawal gets back to 24hrs now that I've been through the fraud checking process.

Just arrived, almost exactly 3 working days to the hour. This isn't my first withdrawal, can't remember the others taking quite so long though.
It's not a major concern for me, although the length of time it takes on Asstez is highlighted by the fact that I requested a withdrawal from MoneyThing at the same time (Thursday 11am) and the funds were in my account that same afternoon!

I made two withdrawals last week, two days apart, but they both arrived on the same day (so one after 4 days and one after 2) so it does seem to be rather sporadic at the moment.

It says this on the withdrawal form, so why are you all so surprised?

"Assetz Capital cannot influence the time it takes the recipient bank to display the funds as cleared in your account after transmission"
It wasn't an issue with the time the funds took to clear. AC emailed me when they actioned the transfer - the funds arrived nearly instantly using Faster Payments. It did, however, take 3 working days to action the request which is quite a lot longer than most other sites typically take. I think that's probably what we're surprised about?

In my case after a week I am still without my money. The AC customer service seems to be quite incompetent, after 3 days they sent me an email to provide them a proof that I own the account, with some dodgy explanation that they changed the system and couldn't do this automatically anymore. The account was withdrawing to was the same as the one I used to fund the account, I also used it to withdraw money from AC many times. Nevertheless I sent them a scan of a bank statement. They were also supposed to call me to verify my id, which they didn't. I had to call them myself, they had problems finding my email but promised the money will be in my account by Monday morning. As you expect this has not happened yet. A very unprofessional company.

AC isn't too bad for withdrawal.
The worst platform I have experienced withheld the money for more than 2 months without returning the money back to the investment account as I forgot about the AML check document. 😡 Their usual procedure is returning the money back to the investment account after 7 days if no documents received, it didn't happen.

As you expect this has not happened yet. A very unprofessional company. I keyed the withdrawal request on Sunday and received an email from the 'Withdrawals Team' at 17:31 today (Tuesday) stating that because they regarded it as being a large sum, please could I reply to the email to confirm that I wanted to make the withdrawal. I replied within 20 minutes but of course leaving it so late to email me meant that my reply went after working hours so they could kick it into another day. The fact that I was withdrawing the funds into exactly the same account all of my AC deposits had originally come from didn't seem to carry any weight. Oh and while I'm being annoyed... Why on earth can't AC pre-populate the destination account details when I'm making a withdrawal. It is without doubt the dumbest 'feature' of AC because sooner or later I'm going to make a mistake keying those account details. I shudder to think how many lenders already have. None of the other P2P sites I lend with allow you to transfer cash out to anything other than the current account you registered with them.
