If somebody at BDO towers is working late to get all the e-mails out today, I hope we don't have to pay time and a half. It seems they are, mine was sent at 18:20. Higher than I remembered.

Mine came and figure agreed to the exact penny. I am sending my signed form to 55 Baker street rather than Liverpool. Hope that's correct. My number's right too. Quite apart from what looks like a one-by-one manual mailing, they should have given precise instructions in the emails about how/where/when to return signed forms. A fairly basic omission - how much are we paying these guys?

As far as i understand the details in the report we don't need to return this form. It is our proof of debt so that we are able to vote for the creditor's reps.

so tax statements filing do we still wait to see if DBO can get a part rebuilt loanbook looks like any interest will be use for expenses file tax statement note collateral as unknown? my last download transaction 5/2/18 so i have a interest amount until then so many questions If you are filling a tax return, then there is plenty of time before the deadline. The only reason to file early is if you are due a repayment that you would like to receive. If so, you can include estimated figures, but will still have to file again with known figures before the deadline. If you are claiming from HMRC as a PAYE taxpayer, then perhaps do as you suggest. Remember that BDO's current view is that our loans fall foul of section 26 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. As such, anything we have been paid that was called "interest" by COL, may yet be determined not to be interest.

There is only a need to return it now if you wish to exercise your rights as a creditor (without prejudice to your actual status) - or if you wish to dispute their figure.

Mine is correct. I had no pending transactions when it all went belly up.

Got mine through and it's absolutely bang on the money. Good work BDO.
My major questions from the report are:
- How can nearly 500k of capital be missing right from the off? Is this related to the directors allegedly transferring large sums from the client account to themselves in February?
- Provided the database is recovered, how will funds invested into loans like Bolton and Chesterfield that didn't draw down be treated? Are these funds missing or were potentially allocated to different loans? Would they be treated the same as funds in loans that did drawn down (trust claims) and what would their priority be?

I'm feeling unloved. I'm still waiting for my email but it's reassuring to note they are working late. Hopefully it will turn up before my bedtime so I can have a more relaxed sleep.

Also still waiting - perhaps that's something we'll need to get used to?

I got mine and it shows the amount I had in the platform the last time I was able to check it but shouldn't my claim by greater than that since it should include the interest I might have expected in the meantime (however unlikely such a claim would be met) ? Or is my claim limited to what was owed to me on the date the company went into administration?
