BDO have just sent out a FAQ on the subject. Also being uploaded to website shortly Very good of them. Clarified the situation regarding proof of debt form and the voting process to stop confusion. Anyone might think they were reading this forum

Do I amend the form to include unpaid interest? Good question! Can anyone shed some light on this. The amount I had invested is correct on the form they've supplied, but in point 4 below this, do we add the interest that has accrued since them? If we don't add this, does it mean we wont be paid it even if by some chance enough funds are recovered to pay back investor's capital plus interest? BDO just did: "For the avoidance of doubt, the pre-completed proof of debt forms do not include any interest that may have accrued between 28 February 2018 and 27 April 2018." You don't need to calculate your accrued interest.

Am I alone in finding the amount already printed on this form to differ by a significant amount to that which I know was in my account in Feb2018. You are not alone. By my reckoning, my proof of debt is £500 short but I can only prove how much I have transferred from bank accounts, I don't have evidence of interest paid which was on the whole reinvested.

Today I received an email from T***** A**** with someone else's Returned proof of Debt, including email and postal address.
I'm relunctant to return mine given this lack of management of personal data.

My proof of debt is very close to my records for 6 Feb and the difference may be interest on repaid loans. As the interest payments to investors were on the first day of the month, this suggests the form includes no accruals after 1 Feb not 28 Feb.

As the interest payments to investors were on the first day of the month, this suggests the form includes no accruals after 1 Feb not 28 Feb. It didn't include accruals at all. However I was in bling loan PL00005 which renewed on 16th Feb when it became BB00739. As with all renewing loans, on the renewal date it paid me the interest earned since the interest run on the first of the month (in this case 01/02/2018) which amounted to the princely sum of £0.33 (I had only £75 in the loan). BDO knew about that 0.33 and their total figure on the proof of debt form agreed exactly with mine.

From another thread on this forum:
"Either BDO obtain reliable investor allocations for the entire loanbook, or they don't. There can't be a half way house ..... relying on investors' own records (however reliable they might appear)."
How much is this going to cost, spread over 1132 investors some of who have hundreds of loan parts?
If the exact loan book cannot be reconstructed we may well be back to square one (no data) and a nasty unfair one bucket solution.
