We carried out a poll on the forum to gauge lenders ISA and Non-ISA money yield expectations on property loans. At JustUs we are extremely conservative when underwriting all applications. The platform only presents property lending opportunities against current bricks and mortar open market valuations.

We see a gap in the market for professional and flexible short term property backed borrowing, a lot of bank funded bridging loans are restricted when a bridging loan term expires, even though the underlying asset is completely sound and equity cushion plentiful. Unfortunately banks flexibility in supporting the developer is limited and many developers are forced to sell properties at a discount. This is where our SPV PRO loan can give the developer that extra breathing space whilst delivering a great return to lenders with modest risk.

The loan below is a great example of this, and we would love as many new forumites as possible to join the JustUs crowd, the loan is due to go live early next week upon receipt of the up to date valuation report.

Am I correct that this loan was cancelled ? Any particular reason and do funds sitting in pending loans get paid interest as available cash does?

Borrower received an offer on another property so didn't need the loan.
