This loan initially went live on 1st March 2016. Nearly 3 years of interest at assumed 17%. Lets hope FS have checked the boat is still there and in working order.

I forgot to mention that the valuation attached to this loan is dated Feb 2016. Do boats always go up in value or maintain their value?

I forgot to mention that the valuation attached to this loan is dated Feb 2016. Do boats always go up in value or maintain their value? Apparently depreciation is very low for older boats as long as they are maintained in good condition. Whether valuation is correct or not is another matter. I personally have very little trust in valuations, most of them appear to be wrong when it comes to recoveries. I have a small amount in this loan for a couple of years now, keep renewing, but not increasing.

Let's hope it doesn't turn out to be a 52" Sports Cruiser.

Still about 30% of the loan left to full! There must be something interesting showing on tv.

There was..the real world..common denominator ?..both holed below the waterline Ah but we’re the holes made by crashing into the rocks or by being torpedoed ? Would be good thing Insurance would pay out and we all know how high these valuations are. Have we stumbled on the solution to all delinquent loans. Never mind the receivers. Just send Knuckles and Big Jimmy round with a big can of petrol ⛽️ After checking the the placement of the insurance at full valuations

REPAID! Well... not all boats are bad news on FundingSecure... and shows that some borrowers take their responsibilities to investors seriously.
