I would have liked your post, had you used the subjunctive correctly. Having done so well not to split their infinitve...I have had to go and unlike! (Mitigant: Fri night, getting late etc ). That hurts, to not 'be liked' for shoddy language is fair enough but to be given and then seen taken away again is just cruel.

Idiots today are not what they used to be. The genetic pool of a modern village is not sufficiently limited - I blame incomers, brought by the railways. Soon we may have a sentence ending with a preposition. I'm not sure what all the fuss is about. Surely we have better things to fight over? I'm not sure whether to feel guilty about hurting the feelings of Village Idiot, or to notice that your rebuke comprises two sentences, both ending with prepositions.
Returning to the subject, perhaps all we have over which to fight, is whether, in the unlikely event of the company's failing and blowing all the cash through the nozzles, the greater proportional residual value would lie in the rights to the patent application, or in the machines which had been purchased to make the parts.

Unless the machines can easily be re-purposed to make garden gnomes or similar, then the answer might be 'neither'.

Given that boundah seems to be entangled in an 'incident relating partially to grammer' on the MT section, possibly cutting them some slack would be appropriate. I have evolved past having my feelings hurt, even by hostile comments far less banter. So really we are left with considering the loan. In which case I refer the honorable member to the observation I made earlier.

it seems like bad planning to be wanting more cash so soon after the last lot. I recall something similar with a South Coast Plumber on AC a while back. That all ended in tears.

Glad you noticed, blender. I worked hard on that.

The number of days remaining on loan 112 has increased considerably. Not a bad thing; I think a sensible thing. But silently, unless just those who have bid have been notified.

Hi ablrate I've received notification today from CH that An@@@ny S@ s ceased to be a person with significant control on 24 July 2018 (of the .LTD, not the holdco). I'm not quite sure why CH has only now been notified but it would appear that this happened before the loan drew down. There may be an innocent explanation, but I'd be interested to hear your comments - also on the effect this may have on the PG.

Hi - The same day the holdings company became a significant controller so this was just part of a structural reorganisation. We will ask them but it looks like they have been auditing the statutory filings and realized they had not done this one. PG not affected

Thanks ablrate makes complete sense, and indeed the following update received shortly after my post would suggest that is indeed the case.

I've just seen that one of the borrowers on AblRate has had £4.5 million invested into it by an equity manager: www.privateequitywire.co.uk/ [full link redacted by Mod] This is a vote of confidence in iM***t and should hopefully give us more reassurance in terms of them paying back their three AblRate Loans?
