New loan has just appeared on the platform, no email yet.... Loan size: £230k Rate: 12% Term: 12 months Interest only paid monthly 2nd charge @ 75% LTV + uncapped PG + charge over shares valued at £500k Further details in proposal but I'm captivated by the picturesque castle  |

Not c********* surely; first charge is with RBS, second charge House Crowd in default awaiting court action. Do your own research. BTW no one wants castles, see Lendy large fortified house

I dont know; I dont have access to the huddle loan details, if you can post them or message me with them I can probably confirm; incidentally the borrower of the HC loan is not shy of publicity if you do an internet search for the castle there are loads of articles

They are different; both start with letter C are 9 letters long then the word castle but are different castles!. Dan feel free to delete my posts if you wish
