I had some problems logging in this morning (using Chrome) but switched to a different browser and it worked OK.

I faced the issue too while a Loan was going Live. It wouldn't let me login. Then when I tried to reset the password, it sent me password link. However, when trying to reset the password following the link, it wouldn't allow even for a password which met all the required complexity.

Did you manage to resolve your password access issue waryinvestor? If not, I'm happy to pick this up now by direct message or telephone to resolve. Richard

It was never a password issue, rather an issue with your website, as I was able to log back to your website the next day with the very same password (without changing it). I was told you didn't have any logs to investigate ?

Basically your website can't cope with heavy traffic when a loan is in Funding.

Hi pmjenkins and rs I suspect it was the result of a temporary overlap where Auto-Lend was still running (with priority) for a few minutes after midday - after the loan had gone 'In Funding' for manual investors too. We'll have a look at a solution to ensure that overlap can't occur going forward. Apologies if you didn't get the Tranche you wanted today. Richard

Yes it happened today too, although Proplend wouldn't admit it. The Loan wasn’t visible under ‘In Funding’ until 12:03-12:04, a whole 3-4 mins late. When it finally appeared, and I pressed the Invest Button for Tranche C, it took me to the confirmation page which said £2500 was still available & Amount I wish to Lend was £1000. On pressing ‘Lend Now’, it said that I could only lend £500. However, it wouldn’t allow me to lend £500 either, as the minimum is £1000. On reporting this, I was told that there was no issue with the website, but it might have gone into a loop ? Isn’t that an issue with the website ? I was then told that due to the loop issue, the available amount was incorrectly showing £2500 instead of £1500 and as only £1500 was remaining, I could have only picked up £1500, not £1000. But that was NOT what the website said ; it said I could only invest £500. If it said £1500, I would have invested £1500, as I had £3000+ sitting in Proplend ISA Account un-invested and without earning any interest for almost 2 months now (I couldn’t invest during their previous loan offering either, due to the login issue mentioned earlier). I have emailed the screen shot showing £2500 was available and it wouldn’t allow me to Invest £1000, asking me to invest £500. Also, I couldn't find where in the website does it say that if £1500 is remaining, that is the only amount one can invest in ? Moreover, it is still showing that £500 is available and I emailed that screenshot too. So the explanation that only £1500 could have been picked up is wrong too. At this rate, I don’t think many investors would be willing to deposit money in and then finding it impossible to invest (particularly worse with ISA Account, as withdrawal is not an option).
Hi waryinvestor As you know we're liaising direct with you on the points you've raised In response to your comments above though I can confirm: The loan went In Funding at 12:01 and a small Tranche C was fully funded before 12:03. Unfortunately a number of Lenders will have missed out on this popular Tranche Our In Funding system shows the amount remaining in the Tranche when you load a page but being a 'live' system this situation can change by the time you click 'Invest' Our minimum investment is £1,000 and unless a Tranche is divisible by £1,000 the final loan part is always more than £1,000 - this is covered in our Ts&Cs On this occassion an error on our part meant that £500 was showing as available when it wasn't - the Tranche had already been fully funded We cleared this incorrect balance later on to avoid further confusion Our ISA is flexible - Withdrawal (and replacement) is an option Richard

One problem I noticed when trying to buy £1000 of the B tranche today was that I twice failed with the message that the minimum bid was £10000. I thought £10000 was the maximum bid allowed, not the minimum. Have I misunderstood the bid limits or was this a software bug?

You're right hantsowl the maximum ('cap') limit for B for this loan is £10,000 (the minimum £1,000 unless you're buying the last loan part). I believe it was briefly showing as a minimum £10,000. Apologies. Richard

So basically, the Loan was NOT visible under 'Funding' Section until it was filled. I kept refreshing the Page, but nothing appeared until 12:04 , when it was already filled by 12:02. Isn't that a Capacity / Performance issue ?

Same issues again when another Loan went Live yesterday. It wasn't visible under 'Funding' until about 2-3 mins and when it did appear, website would go blank on clicking 'Invest'. Refreshing would bring back to the original invest page and the same loop again until about 12:03 when it settled down.
